On 25 August 2026, the Municipality of Mali Zvornik organised the promotional event “Renewable Energy Community Days” within the PRO-EFFICIENT project, implemented under the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia–Serbia Programme 2021–2027 and co-financed by the European Union.

The event brought together representatives of project partners from Serbia and Croatia, public institutions and the local community. Participants were presented with the main project results, including the newly installed 45.90 kWp solar power plant on the Municipal Administration building, the Solar Atlas of the Municipality of Mali Zvornik, solar mapping of public buildings, as well as planned and ongoing energy-efficiency investments.

The event also included a promotional and information stand for citizens, where visitors could learn more about renewable energy sources, energy-efficiency measures and opportunities for future investments.

The activity provided an opportunity for project partners to exchange experiences and promote practical solutions that can contribute to increased use of renewable energy and improved energy efficiency in local communities.

PRO-EFFICIENT is co-financed by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia–Serbia Programme 2021–2027.
