On 13 and 14 February the Programme organized a Final Project Report workshop at the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds in Zagreb to help beneficiaries in closing projects of the 1st Call for Proposals.
Projects of the 1st CfP contracted in 2017 in order to implement their ideas concerning better social and health care, sustainable energy, environment protection and risk prevention, tourism and heritage and competitiveness have started closing their implementation at the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020. In order to provide support in final implementation and reporting steps, the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat organized a two-day Final Project Progress Report workshop.
The aim of the workshop is to ensure effective reporting taking into account that the Final Project Progress Report provides an overview of project activities and results.
The workshop focused on project outputs, involvement of organizations and local community in project activities and how to document these outcomes in a clear and organized manner. This was also a chance to exchange experiences and best approaches in managing cross-border projects, between Programme bodies and projects but also between beneficiaries.
