2nd CfP Project Clinics

Two project clinics were organized by the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat in order to provide applicants final advice on preparing their project proposals.
As the deadline for the 2nd Call for Proposals is approaching, project clinics were organized to resolve any remaining issues regarding the 2nd CfP. Experiences from the 1st CfP showcased that a number of questions arise in the final stage of preparing project proposals. Having this in mind, the MA and JS with the assistance of FLC and NA colleagues prepared two one-day interactive sessions during which common issues regarding project budget planning, work plan packages and indicators were addressed.
Covering both the Croatian and Serbian part of the Programme area, project clinics were held in Palić and Beli Manastir. More than 80 participants attended both clinics and learned about good practices and common mistakes in developing project proposals and previous experiences in managing Interreg projects as well. As part of the project clinics, practical exercises were carried out to encourage innovative work and networking among participants, while the Q&A sessions ensured that no questions remain unanswered.
The project clinics confirmed once again that there is great interest for cross border projects between Croatian and Serbian partners and that project ideas currently being developed are of high quality.

The MA and JS of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme Croatia – Serbia are more than happy to provide additional information on the 2nd CfP. If you have questions please contact us on js@interreg-croatia-serbia.eu.

REMINDER: the deadline for the 2nd CfP is 5/7/2018!
