More than 100 participants attended implementation workshops that were held on 10 and 11 March in Novi Sad and Osijek and organized by the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia–Serbia 2021–2027. The workshops were intended for project partners whose projects were contracted under the 2nd Call for Proposals.
During the workshops, participants were introduced to key aspects of project implementation, including the use of Jems, communication and visibility requirements, reporting procedures, public procurement, eligibility of costs, project modifications, field visits, audits, and common challenges such as irregularities. Each session concluded with a Q&A segment, allowing participants to ask questions and receive additional clarification.
The organisers will continue to hold similar workshops and remain available to all beneficiaries and partners throughout the project implementation process. The aim is to ensure the high-quality absorption of EU funds within the Programme.
We thank everyone who attended and contributed to the fruitful discussions and valuable learning experiences.
