On Thursday, 21 October 2021 an Open Day was held in Eco Centre Zlatna Greda as part of Wild Danube Tour: View of the Danube Wildlife – New Ecotourism and Wildlife Watching/Photography Tours project. Open Day was held within the annual visit of students and teachers from III Gymnasium Osijek, who visit Eco Centre Zlatna Greda to learn about new and ongoing projects. Participants were introduced to project activities, objectives and results and had the opportunity to visit the ”Wetland Treasure” educational trail with our guides and enjoy bird and animal watching activities. Students and teachers of the III Gymnasium Osijek were the first ones to experience the parts of the newly developed programs of wildlife watching at Zlatna Greda location which will soon be offered to domestic and foreign eco-tourists.
