With approximately 260 participants, 4 information sessions on the 1st Call for Proposals were successfully held in Novi Sad, Slavonski Brod, Subotica and Osijek from 1 to 7 June 2023.

Besides presenting the 1st CfP, information sessions held in Croatia and Serbia provided a great networking opportunity for potential applicants.

At the information sessions, participants received useful information on the Programme as well as on 1st Call for Proposals.

At each information session the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat presented Programme key features, Guidelines for Applicants and annexes, instructions on how to prepare a project proposal (including budget) and submit it via Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) and all other necessary and useful technical information. With the help of National Authorities and FLC representatives, each presentation was followed by a Q&A session during which the participants were advised how to achieve better quality of their project proposals.

The Information sessions and questions from the participants showed that there is great interest for cross border projects. The MA and JS will continue to support all interested applicants in this endeavour.
