About
PannEx Reload project will further capitalize developed outputs under the Pannonia Gourmet project, with the aim of better positioning of cross-border area, as a authentic gastro-tourism destination. Activities implemented within this project will maximaze previously reached outputs, especially by the existing ICT platform (EatPannonia brand) and held manifestations (Gourmet Fair). Eat Pannonia partners will have more tools at their disposal to advertise, showcase and sell their products and services. Created Gourmet offer will be better promoted and cross-border region will be better presented to the wider public in terms of attractiveness for tourist. By using digital technologies, project positive effects will reach more interested parties, and encourage them to interact more easily and efficiently. This will also attract more partners (producers and tourism service providers) to join the project activities and to participate, since it provides them with fully digital tools to improve their business at their disposal.
Partners
Educons University (SER) is in charge of development of digital smart cards and augmented reality android / iOS application which will contribute to better presentation of Eat Pannonia partners and networking and an online multi-vendor e-shop which will enable partners to sell their products on the wider market. Lead Partner will also organize Gastro show which will be organized in Gourmet center in Vrdnik.
City of Vinkovci (CRO) is responsible for development of educational cooking and augmented reality content platforms which will enable the development of educational programs as well as the presentation of the gastronomic tourist offer of the area. Partner will play a significant role in linking the food processing sector and the tourism sector through the establishment of local production systems and territorial branding of the project implementation area as a recognizable culinary tourist destination based on resources and regional specificities, cultural heritage and tradition.
Vinkovci City Investment and Development Agency VIA Ltd. (CRO) will organize Gastro Show in Gourmet centre in Vinkovci with the aim of introducing the products of the local producers, the autochthonous gastronomy and the traditions of the region to the general public. Partner will contribute to the project by organizing meetings, drafting documents and reporting.
