The 2nd Call for Proposals within the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia-Serbia 2021-2027 has officially closed today at 15:00h. The Call, which was launched on 30 October 2024, to support joint projects aimed at strengthening cooperation between Croatia and Serbia, received 77 applications.
This Call provided an opportunity for applicants to develop and submit innovative projects addressing key areas such as innovation and research, renewable energy sources, health and social care, culture and sustainable tourism. The number of applications received reflects the interest and enthusiasm for cross-border collaboration in the region.
After publishing of this Call, a series of Information workshops were held across both Croatia and Serbia. These workshops aimed to provide guidance and support to potential applicants, helping them navigate the application process and understand the priorities of the Programme. The workshops were well-attended and played a crucial role in ensuring that stakeholders were well-equipped to submit quality proposals.
The Programme would like to extend its sincere thanks to all applicants for their hard work and dedication in submitting their proposals. We wish to all the best of luck as the evaluation process moves forward and we look forward to seeing the impactful projects that will result from this Call.
With the closure of this Call, the Programme will begin the process of evaluating the proposals. The selected projects will be those that demonstrate the greatest potential for enhancing cross-border cooperation and contributing to the development of both countries.
