{"id":5093,"date":"2021-11-12T14:19:33","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T13:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/?post_type=novost&#038;p=5093"},"modified":"2021-11-15T11:08:47","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T10:08:47","slug":"strategic-environmental-assessment-for-ipa-cbc-programme-croatia-serbia-2021-2027-scoping-phase","status":"publish","type":"novost","link":"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/novost\/strategic-environmental-assessment-for-ipa-cbc-programme-croatia-serbia-2021-2027-scoping-phase\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Environmental Assessment for IPA CBC Programme Croatia \u2013 Serbia 2021-2027 \u2013 scoping phase"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 10 November 2021, the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds adopted a Decision on initiating the strategic environmental impact assessment procedure for the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia &#8211; Serbia 2021-2027, thus starting the implementation of the SEA procedure for the future Interreg Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the process of determining the scope of the strategic study, we are publishing the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/informacija-HR-RS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Information<\/a> on the procedure of determining the scope of strategic study for the Programme,<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Scoping_Report_HR-RS_nacrt.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">draft Scoping Report<\/a> that describes the framework, methodology, content and scope of data that must be processed in strategic study,<\/li><li>Cooperation programme summary &#8211; Programme starting points and objectives in <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/HR-RS-sazetak_eng_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English language<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/HR-RS-sazetak_hrv_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Croatian language<\/a>.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hereby, we invite you to ready carefully the published documents and deliver your comments by <strong>11 December 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relevant documentation is also published on <a href=\"https:\/\/razvoj.gov.hr\/pristup-informacijama\/savjetovanje-s-javnoscu\/otvorena-savjetovanja\/1834\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MRDEUF website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to harmonize opinions on the content of strategic study and determine the final content of Strategic Study, Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds will organize a virtual consultations on 29 November 2021, at 10:00h.
