{"id":3957,"date":"2019-12-18T11:55:25","date_gmt":"2019-12-18T10:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/?post_type=novost&#038;p=3957"},"modified":"2019-12-18T11:55:26","modified_gmt":"2019-12-18T10:55:26","slug":"volunteer-with-interreg-ipa-projects","status":"publish","type":"novost","link":"https:\/\/interreg-croatia-serbia.eu\/2014\/novost\/volunteer-with-interreg-ipa-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Volunteer with Interreg IPA projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>All projects currently being implemented within our\nProgramme now have an opportunity to host and work with volunteers in\nimplementing and communicating their activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Association of European Border Regions (AEBR) manages the initiative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interregyouth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Interreg Volunteer Youth<\/a> (IVY) on behalf of DG Regio to involve young people in Interreg programmes and projects. The initiative is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youth\/solidarity_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">European Solidarity Corps<\/a>, a project of the European Union to benefit communities across Europe and beyond. With IVY, volunteers support territorial cooperation: the aim is to involve young people in Interreg and demonstrate how cross-border projects are finding shared solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2017, almost 400 volunteers have been deployed, strengthening the brand of Interreg and its dimension of solidarity. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/InterregYouth\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">here<\/a> how volunteers joined Interreg projects from Berlin to the Caribbean. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AEBR grants a\nfinancial support to volunteers, as well as a contribution to travel costs.\nAEBR also takes care of insurance for volunteers, in this way allowing young\npeople to gather such experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mobility period\ncan last from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure to host volunteers is very easy and user-friendly.
